I hope you're enjoying the wonderful weather we're having! Although it does seem like we haven't had much winter this year. No doubt there's more to come.
It's important that each of you take action on the two big upcoming events, because we need to get an early read on the number of attendees we will have.
Mental Health First Aid training is two hours on the evening of Monday April 22nd. We only have 30 slots available, and SummitStone is underwriting the entire cost. This is open to all Rotarians in Fort Collins.
Astronaut Dottie is at our lunch on Tuesday May 7th. We expect this to be a hugely popular event, and all proceeds beyond what we pay the Marriott will go to STEM programs in PSD. We're hoping to scholarship a whole bunch of STEM students to come to the event, but right now we don't know how many paying attendees we'll have! So we need to know very soon how big this will become, so let us know. Foothills members will be covered by our quarterly dues, but if you bring a spouse/friend/guest it'll be $35 per person. If you'd like to donate extra to scholarshipping in students, please let us know. Let's make this a huge event!
On 8 March, 2024, Rotary International is hosting a 60-minute panel discussion as a way to celebrate and recognize International Women’s Day, and we would love for you to join us!
