Progress:
- Continued strong support of Food Bank, including yearly Holiday Baskets for needy families (80 in 2023), special fundraiser for their Mobile Food Pantry including distributing food
- Have Club members who works for Food Bank and United Way
- 2020 fundraiser to support Family Center and Teaching Tree as families got back to work when COVID eased
- Supported United Way’s efforts in the Dolly Parton Imagination Library

Progress:
- All four Rotary Clubs collectively joined the Fort Collins Chamber as a member in 2023, promoted involvement in Chamber activities to all Rotary members
- We’ve been using The Group as a key sponsor for many of our events
- “Field Trip” to the new CSU Equine Hospital
- Have 3 employees of The Group as club members
- Have a CSU employee as a club member
- Long-lasting partnership with Project Self Sufficiency to provide scholarships to single parents; expanded that in 2023 to provide vehicles so they can reliably attend classes

Recruiting and retaining younger and more diverse members
Suggested actions:
- Identify places to meet and connect with younger members
- Use social media and targeted outreach to groups which align with and serve the needs and aspirations of younger citizens, including virtual connections
- Survey younger members in Foothills to uncover needs and design a recruiting strategy
- Create projects that impact the things which younger and more diverse potential members care about and can participate without becoming members
- Promote the mission and values of Rotary and differentiate from other service clubs
Progress:
- Supported the re-launch of CSU’s Rotaract Club in 2023
- Increased the online presence of Rotary Clubs (Facebook, Meetup, websites)
- Invested in and continue online accessibility of weekly club meetings
- Introduced a Virtual Club Member level in addition to spouse membership and company membership
- Worked with the other Fort Collins Rotary Clubs to join the Chamber of Commerce, held our Red Carpet Reception and radio ads
- Actively engaged in the Fort Collins Peach Festival every year
- Unfortunately, the pandemic caused us to shut down our Evening Group, but we provided paths to migration into other membership models in our club and other Rotary clubs
