Thank you all who have expressed an interest to support the District's Crutches4Africa effort! I know a lot of us have useful medical equipment knocking around. Please bring your items to one of our upcoming meetings and give to Wynn or Deems. I'll be going to the conference as well, but at the weekly meetings my car is full of the electronic equipment. The Estes Park Duck Race team is loaning us their ducks for our first Duck Race in September! But the agreement is that we need to supply ten volunteers for THEIR event on Saturday May 4th. It'll be a day of great fun, but we'll also see first hand how they run such a fabulous event. If you're available on that day to volunteer, please contact Wynn now.

Our big Astronaut Luncheon event to benefit STEM programs in PSD is really rocking now! As of this moment, we have 78 Rotarians+Friends signed up. You can still squeak in before April 26th registration deadline. As a part of this, we also have 27 students signed up with another 16 teachers and parents - we are scholarshipping all of them to attend the event at no cost. We're also planning to give each of the students a small gift in celebration of the event. So HERE'S THE ASK: If you would like to help out with this effort, we need to raise at least $1450 by the end of April. Give a check to me or Jan, or ask Jan to send you a separate invoice. All extra donations will go to support STEM grants in PSD, partnering with the Downtown Club's STEM grants program. Thank you!
