Week of April 7, 2025

Foothills Rotary Bulletin

Friends,

Thank you Deems  and Celeste for running our meeting and coordinating the food on Tuesday at Timberline Church.  Sounds like we had some Interact Students also showed up....that is fantastic.

Next Tuesday, we will be back at the Marriott.  Our program will be fellow Rotarian Emily Talentino discussing the unique challenges of an island community in Panama.  This is a Rotary club we are thinking of partnering with for a Global Grant.

If anyone is interested in joining our Rotary Book Club (I have been a member for almost 20 years), the information is below.  Reach out to me if you have questions.

Applications are now open for both RYLA & Young RYLA (see below).  If you know someone going into 7th, 10th, 11th or 12th grades, please encourage them to apply.

Remember to register for the District Conference (June 12-14).   The link is below.

Also, please register with FCPD for Safe Serve, for the Peach Festival 2025.   Class is only $10. Below is the link to sign up:

If you have questions regarding the Win Schendel Impact Fund, please reach out to Brian Winegar.

Birthdays:  None this week
Rotary Anniversaries: Scott Woods - 20 years

Thank you for everything you do to "Improve Lives".

In Gratitude,

Wynn
