Wow another year! We are excited to announce the 2025 Rotary Peach Festival. Please see attached information. We are reaching out earlier than normal as we have had a tremendous surge in demand from past and potential Vendor-Partners. Thank you for your interest!
 
I am the Volunteer helping with Vendor-Partners and Site Management for this year’s Festival.
 
IMPORTANT;
 
Due to incredible demand, your payment will be treated as a deposit.
 
The DEADLINE to return your fully completed and signed paperwork (attached) and your deposit payment is April 15st 2025.
Please email a scanned copy of your completed and signed paperwork back to me. You will find a link in the paperwork to make your deposit payment. My apology in advance as we have some additional Vendor-Partner requirements / acknowledgements from the City of Fort Collins and some other Agencies this year.
 
 
We will select the Event Vendor-Partners invited to participate and we will confirm that decision by April 20, 2025. Once you are notified you have a spot, your Deposit becomes non-refundable within 5 business days. So if you find you cannot attend the Event after notified you have a spot please let me know.
 
We hope that allows sufficient time for those not selected to find another  August 16, 2025 opportunity.
 
Again, thank you for your interest. Those applicants that are not selected will have their deposits refunded.
 
IMPORTANT: on April 26. 2025 the payment becomes non-refundable. Before that date the Rotary Peach Festival Committee will refund your payment in full.
