Larimer County Climate Smart Initiative

Larimer County has begun a Climate Smart Larimer County initiative.  This presentation will introduce this initiative, provide an overview of the process and timeline, and provide some detail regarding setting priorities for the first Larimer County implementation plan.  The Climate Smart implementation plan will eventually include mitigation and adaptation actions that will be measured toward eventual adopted goals.  Public input into the process of developing priorities, implementation actions, and goals is critical to success, as is the development of partnerships and collaboration to amplify the impact of eventual actions taken.  Opportunities to engage in the process will be presented at this meeting.
