Happy New Year! I hope everyone had a great holiday! I'm looking forward to hearing about everyone's Holiday adventures. Part of my holiday included a quick trip to Boston to deliver some of Louise's luggage that she wasn't able to bring with her originally. She says hi to everyone! She is having a good time in Boston and is looking to forward to her second semester of studies.
Our speaker will be Bill Emslie who will be providing an update on the Chimney Hollow Reservoir. For those who don't know Bill he has been a long-time member of the Afterhours Club and former District Governor. He is currently serving as the President of the Municipal Subdistrict for Larimer County for Northern Water.
We have two big events coming up. First is our Pickleball Tournament. If you aren't on a team yet please let the Pickleball committee or me know and we can get you hooked up with a team. This is such a great event and it's great that the event this year is in Ft Collins. The second is Purple Pins for Polio. Ruth will be speaking about this today at the meeting as well.
Looking forward to seeing everyone today!
