Foothills Rotary Weekly Bulletin

What a wonderful meeting we had after the July 4th break! It was exciting to meet a couple of our grant recipients, and hear from Kelly Caulfield.

I have one of these mugs available for each member of our club, including new members who join during the year. So if you forgot to take yours home, or weren't at the meeting, be sure to pick one up at your next opportunity.

And I'll be talking more about the Rotary 2023-24 theme this week, Create HOPE in the WORLD.

By the way, there are some interesting articles down at the end of this bulletin, below the QR codes. You might want to check them out.

Dolly Parton needs your help!

A year ago, our own Allison Hines gave a presentation with Jack Tate about the Dolly Parton Imagination Library expanding to Larimer County. Video from last July

United Way has been the leader in bringing this to our county, having an incredible impact on literacy right here in our community.

We need your help reaching out to health care organizations, elementary schools and pre-schools in Fort Collins, to spread the word and help parents sign their kids up for this free program. Would you like to help reach out to these groups in July and August? We need more people!
