 ibbon cutting of its new 21-acre Event Lawn on Friday\, July 31\, 2026\, a
 t 5 p.m.\, marking the first completed Phase II project in The Ranch Maste
 r Plan and giving the community its first opportunity to experience the ne
 w space during opening night of the 2026 Larimer County Fair. The free pub
 lic celebration will take place at The Watering Hole\, the large white ten
 t located at the outdoor stage in the center of the Event Lawn. The event 
 will include an official ribbon-cutting ceremony\, remarks from the Larime
 r County Board of County Commissioners and Master Plan project partners\, 
 a commemorative gift\, and a Ranch Master Plan information booth where gue
 sts can learn more about future projects planned across The Ranch campus. 
 Following the ceremony\, guests are encouraged to stay and celebrate the o
 pening night of the 2026 Larimer County Fair on the new Event Lawn. The 21
 -acre Event Lawn is designed to host concerts\, festivals\, community cele
 brations\, large-scale entertainment events\, and flexible outdoor program
 ming year-round. “As one of Larimer County’s long-standing traditions\
 , the Fair has brought generations of community members together year afte
 r year\,” said Portia Cook\, Strategic Communications Coordinator for Th
 e Ranch Events Complex. “We are excited to celebrate this milestone by o
 pening a brand-new space designed for gathering\, connection\, entertainme
 nt\, and unforgettable experiences for years to come.” Admission to both
  the Event Lawn Grand Opening & Ribbon Cutting Ceremony and the 2026 Larim
 er County Fair is free. Carnival rides\, games\, and select attractions re
 quire tickets to be purchased. Food\, beverages\, and other activities are

 d PRCA Rodeo. About The Ranch Master Plan The new 21-acre Event Lawn is th
 e first completed Phase II project in The Ranch Master Plan\, a long-term 
 roadmap guiding how The Ranch Events Complex continues to grow as Northern
  Colorado’s largest and most versatile multi-event and entertainment des
 tination. Phase II is planned to continue in phases through 2030 and is de
 signed to expand and modernize The Ranch with new revenue-generating and g
 uest-enhancing facilities. These investments strengthen The Ranch’s posi
 tion as a regional destination\, increase competitiveness\, and support lo
 ng-term financial sustainability. Additional Phase II projects include the
  planned Outdoor Amphitheater\, Event Plaza\, campus infrastructure\, wayf
 inding and signage enhancements\, Blue Arena improvements\, a future Youth
  Sports Facility\, and future hospitality and exposition opportunities. Th
 e next major project expected to move into construction is the proposed 6\
