The Breakfast Rotary Club in Fort Collins is selling peaches and other items to support literacy projects for local third graders. Third grade is a critical time in a student’s development. At that stage, children transition from “learning to read” to “reading to learn”.
At the following link you can order any of the following:
-A 20 pound box of palisade peaches - If you think 20 pounds is too much , you probably haven’t tasted these yet 😊. Nonetheless, if you don’t want a 20 pound box, don’t want to freeze, or you can’t find someone with whom to share, you can donate a box or a ½ box to the foodbank.
-Ginger and Baker Peach Pie
-Ginger and Baker Jalapeno Jam
-Or just make a donation to this worthy cause.
