Twenty-six years after Colorado voters approved the Taxpayer Bill of Rights, Colorado policy remains stuck in the 20th century, completely unable to keep up with the needs of the 21st. Victims include highways, schools and public services in general.
John writes an every-other-week column for the Coloradoan focused on state and local issues.

Support the Rotary Clubs of Fort Collins and all the work they do for our communities while spending a summer day with thousands of Northern Colorado residents while promoting your business or organization!
